It is not a queue at the bus stand but at the Fortis hospital Noida to make the payment for consulting the doctors in the OPD. The queue is longer than it looks like in the picture. It goes further and then takes a U-turn :) And they don't charge you less by any standard. There are two reasons people live with this non-sense.1. The number of doctors/hospitals in the Noida/Ghaziabad area is much less as compared to the population in these areas.
2. For some reason, people in India have deep respect for the doctors. They will not challenge them, not question them even though they pay such a hefty consulting fee.
