UP police...the bigger problem in UP

People driving on the wrong side of the road is a common problem in noida, ghaziabad. But it can not be fixed.
Why? cause no body cares. No body protests. Police does not care. Infact, you will find police vans/jeeps driving/parked on the wrong side of the road.

How do you fix a problem when the people who are entrusted with the job of fixing are part of the problem.
