I checked my company's blogging policy. Looks like it should be fine if I just add the following disclaimer on the main page.
“The opinions expressed herein are solely those of the author and don’t necessarily represent Sapient’s views.”
Besides this there are lot of other conditions related to confidentiality and blah blah....That should not pose any problem as I hardly want to talk about Sapient here.
