jdk 1.6

I have surprisingly not read anything about JDK 1.6. Time to get acquainted with the changes in 1.6. Started reading Professional Java JDK 6 Edition book from Wrox.

A woman in Jaipur gave birth to a child on pavement next to a hospital. The child died in absence of medical attention. The woman was in too much pain that she could not enter the hospital and the hospital staff refused to help carry her inside the hospital.

We were a civilization long time back. We no longer can claim to be a civilized society. This is a new low for our society and am sure, with the kind of progress we are making, we are going to hit new lows.

Any kind of progress, increase in exports, GDP growth, etc. is of no use, unless, we learn to respect our own country men. Grow up people. Learn to live and learn to let people live. Today it was this lady, tomorrow, it could be someone from your family. Shame on you, shame on us.
